ENGINE CASE	Remanufactured original German Porsche O.E.M. 914 engine case. Oil galley plugs modified for oil leak prevention.
CYLINDER HEADS	BIG-VALVE '248' High Performance Heads. 44mm Intake valves x 38mm Exhaust valves. Remanufactured German Porsche 914 Cylinder Heads. Prepared for optimum performance on unleaded gas.
CAMSHAFT & VALVE TRAIN	New #86 High Performance Camshaft. 423 Lift x 270 Duration. New Racing Lifters. Remanufactured Rocker Assemblies. High Carbon steel performance pushrods.
CRANKSHAFT	Remanufactured Forged German Porsche 914 Counterweighted Stroker Crankshaft.
CONNECTING RODS	Remanufactured Porsche 914 O.E.M. Rods. New wrist pin bushings. Balanced and matched sets.
PISTONS & CYLINDERS	New High Quality aluminum alloy pistons. New cylinders, new piston rings and wrist pins.
FLYWHEEL	Remanufactured Balanced Porsche 914 O.E.M. Flywheel is installed. Lightened to 12 Lbs. !
LUBRICATION SYSTEM	Oil Pump is replaced with New or Remanufactured Heavy Duty unit. Oil pump volume is increased 15-25%.
GASKETS, BEARINGS & OIL SEALS	All new Main, Rod and Cam bearings. German licensed manufacturer. New gaskets and oil seals are used throughout.
BONUS!	We include the remainder of the complete engine gasket set with your engine to install the rest of your engine components.
ELECTRONIC FULL-ON ENGINE BALANCE ..	Is not included with this engine .. but can be added through 'Options and Upgrades'.

It is tested for compression, oil leaks, oil pressure, etc. When it passes this strict testing, it is labeled "ATC" ...."AVAILABLE to the CUSTOMER". It's just like we put it in our car before you put it in yours. This extensive testing and extra time insures your quality product is without any possible flaws! IF IT DON'T PASS .. IT DON'T GO!! HORSEPOWER & DYNO ...Longblock Engines cannot be Dyno'd. (Lack of intake, exhaust, ignition, etc.) This engine is tested individually in our test cell for quality and assurance so that you receive the best top value. We do not 'Dyno' every engine nor have a published list for you. Our estimates of horsepower are on the conservative side. Horsepower will vary with your geographic location, intake system, exhaust, ignition, your final tuning, etc.
