ENGINE CASE	Professionally prepped and remanufactured VW O.E.M. Dual oil relief (1970-on). With 'no seep' head stud inserts.
CYLINDER HEADS	BIG VALVE '042' Heads. Remanufactured. 40mm Intake x 35.5mm Exhaust valves. 'Super Cool-Tin' installed.
CAMSHAFT & VALVE TRAIN	Hi Performance #120 Camshaft .. 435 Lift / 294 Duration. Remanufactured Lifters and Rocker Shaft assemblies. Swivel Feet valve adjusters. High carbon steel performance pushrods.
CRANKSHAFT	Counterweighted Stroker..Remanufactured Forged VW O.E.M. Crossdrilled Crankshaft. 8-Dowel ..'SPG' pattern.
CONNECTING RODS	Remanufactured Rods. New wrist pin bushings. Balanced and matched sets.
PISTONS & CYLS.	New Big Bore High Quality AA Performance Aluminum Alloy Pistons. New cylinders, new piston rings and wrist pins.
FLYWHEEL	Remanufactured Balanced Flywheel is installed. 8-Dowel ..'SPG' pattern.
OIL PUMP	Oil Pump is New or Remanufactured Heavy Duty unit.
GASKETS - BEARINGS - SEALS	All new Main, Rod and Cam bearings. Double-thrust cam bearings installed in all performance engines. German licensed manufacture. New gaskets and oil seals are used throughout.
BONUS !	We include the remainder of the complete engine gasket set with your engine to install the rest of your engine components.
ELECTRONIC ENGINE BALANCE...	IS NOT included with this engine .. but can be added through 'Options and Upgrades' below.
CERTIFIED .. BEFORE DELIVERY !	WE INSTALL IT BEFORE YOU DO! ... WE TEST RUN IT BEFORE YOU DO! Every one of our engines produced for a Volkswagen or Porsche 914 is test run in our custom test-cell before it leaves the plant. It is tested for compression, oil leaks, oil pressure, etc., etc., etc. When it passes this strict testing, it is labeled "ATC" ...."AVAILABLE to the CUSTOMER". It's just like we put it in our car before you put it in yours. This extensive testing and extra time insures your quality product is without any possible flaws! HORSEPOWER & DYNO ...This engine is tested individually in our test cell for quality and assurance so that you receive the best top value. We do not 'Dyno' every engine nor have a published list for you. Our estimates of horsepower are on the conservative side and can vary with your geographic location and your final tuning, etc. A FULL-ON DYNO RUN is available with documentation for Turnkey Motors thru 'Options and Upgrades'. Longblock engines cannot be Dyno'd. (Lack of intake, exhaust, ignition, etc.)
